VacationComparison is an independent price comparison service. We aggregate and display hotel rates, availability, and offers published by third-party travel and booking websites (“Booking Partners”) so you can compare them in one place.
We are not a travel agency, tour operator, hotel, or licensed travel supplier. We do not sell, resell, own, operate, or manage any accommodation, and we are never a party to any booking. When you choose an offer, your reservation is made directly with the relevant Booking Partner or accommodation provider, and their terms, conditions, and privacy policies apply to that transaction.
3.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
4.Prices, Availability, and Accuracy
All prices, taxes, fees, availability, ratings, photos, and other details displayed on the Service are supplied by Booking Partners or other third-party sources. While we work to present this information accurately, we cannot and do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or error-free. In particular:
- Prices may change or expire at any time without notice.
- Displayed rates may exclude taxes, resort fees, or other charges added at checkout by the Booking Partner.
- We do not guarantee that any rate shown is the lowest available.
